The biggest collection of art deco architecture from the United States is concentrated in a very walkable segment of Miami Beach. The Art Deco Historic District contains in excess of 800 structures in the colourful art deco style, largely 1920s and 1930s designs. Numerous of these properties are secured by local preservation ordinance – an effort
